Common questions

The things people ask on the phone.

How do I book a party?

Send a party request with the date you want. Once we approve it, you complete the reservation form and pay a $100 deposit. The balance is due on the day.

What if we have to change the date?

Deposits are non refundable, but they are not lost. You can move the party up to a year out, put the $100 toward a camp, or transfer it to someone else.

Can we bring our own food and cake?

Yes. We just ask that it is easy to clean up and stays on the concrete, and that the food part of the party happens in the last 15 to 20 minutes so the games are not cut short.

Are decorations allowed?

Bring them. The only two we cannot allow are confetti and pinatas. Setup and cleanup both need to happen within fifteen minutes of your party start and end times.

Do adults count toward the guest number?

No, guest counts are children only. For safety we do ask for no more than 40 adults.

What ages do you host?

All of them. We have run everything from a first birthday to a sweet sixteen to a great fortieth.

Is camp tuition refundable?

No. Camps fill to capacity and a reserved spot cannot be given to anyone else, so we are not able to refund any part of camp tuition if your camper cannot attend.

What should my camper bring?

Athletic clothes and shoes, a hat, sunscreen already on, a large water bottle, and a healthy snack and lunch for multi sport camp or a snack for baseball camp. Most of the day is outdoors.

Can we still have a water party in a drought?

Water party reservations are limited under water restrictions. If we cannot use water on your date we substitute a foam party, which the kids like just as much.

Do you have somewhere for the adults?

The Local, a refurbished early 1900s barn with a private bar, 150 plus seats and a grove of oaks. There is live music every Saturday and Texas wines on the list.
